A registered real estate brokerage in Belize. All property transactions in Belize are conducted exclusively through SOAR REALTY LLC under Belizean law.
BEL-AM REALTY LLC
A separate U.S.-licensed brokerage based in Illinois and Florida, operating as a referral affiliate to SOAR REALTY LLC. BEL-AM REALTY LLC does not conduct Belize real estate transactions and holds no Belize registration.
These are distinct legal entities operating exclusively within their respective jurisdictions. SOAR REALTY LLC is registered and operates solely in Belize. BEL-AM REALTY LLC is licensed and operates solely in Illinois and Florida.

Property video available upon request
For clients who cannot visit Belize in person, professional property videos are available upon execution of a signed buyer agreement. Video production costs are the responsibility of the client. If a purchase is successfully completed, SOAR REALTY LLC will reimburse the video production cost as part of the transaction. No trip is required to begin the process.
Attorney list available
SOAR REALTY LLC will provide a list of qualified Belizean attorneys admitted to the Belize Bar. Upon request, this list can be provided. The final selection is yours, and all buyers are encouraged to independently evaluate and retain their own legal counsel.
