Jurisdictional Limits
SOAR REALTY LLC is registered in Belize and operates exclusively under Belizean law. It holds no U.S. real estate license and provides no U.S. real estate services. BEL-AM REALTY LLC is licensed in Illinois and Florida only and holds no Belizean registration. Neither entity operates outside its respective licensed jurisdiction.
Nature of the Relationship
BEL-AM REALTY LLC and SOAR REALTY LLC operate as affiliated companies under common ownership through an established referral arrangement. Each entity refers clients to the other within its licensed jurisdiction. This is not a co-brokerage or co-agency arrangement.
Referral Fee Terms
A referral fee is earned only upon a successfully closed transaction. All fee terms are negotiated directly between the referring brokerage and BEL-AM REALTY LLC and documented in a signed referral agreement.
No Guarantee of Transaction
A referral fee is earned only when a transaction successfully closes. Submitting a referral does not guarantee a closing or a fee.
Legal Review Required
